For the first time since its inception, Apex Legends announced a new season without announcing a new Legend. Fans were APPALLED…that we hadn’t done this sooner. A week later, we announced our best weekend yet. A week after that, another concurrent player record. Can marketing take all the credit? Absolutely not, but you’re on a copywriter’s website so you bet your ass I’m claiming more than I deserve.

We kicked it off with a fully animated launch video, and kicked that off with a fully autonomous robot struggling with an age old joke prompt.

We also did a 3D billboard because 3D billboards are all the rage right now—unless you’re reading this from the future in which case I can not substantiate that claim.

Collection events are where the money is made, so I made them as fun as I could without jeopardizing their cashflow opportunities.
